I'm not sure what happened, because as long as you know the password for your mSecure account, setting up the app on a new device should be a very straight-forward process. I'm sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with your new phone. Lesson learned, no trust in electronic password systems any more. Now I have lost 116 password records from years of use.
Support advise me this is a function of the reset process, but I did not see any warnings about that when going through the process. Went back to my old phone and the version I had on my PC, but it wiped those as soon as I logged in. This time it asked me to reset the password on the new phone, but when I logged in it said there were 116 entries but none were visible. Every time I change to a new phone I have issues.
